OK gang...........ruckers attorneys have said OK on the paperwork. A settlement $ amt has been reached with the first 3rd due next Mon via wire.

The agreement includes the stipulation that the amt not be publicized. Suffice to say it's more than pocket change. Just think in terms of attorney fees and going to NV to fight it
