Sock puppet accts/new accts/old dormant accts

It appears that some folks are intentionally creating new accts or using previously establish sock accts to create dissent/havoc/ill will.

The remedy that will be applied to any acct that fits into any of these categories and/or ties to another known sock acct or banned acct will be an immediate IP ban.

I understand that it may create problems with folks using a publicly available IP. When this happens notify me and we will determine whether or not to un-ban the IP. You will of course be required to ID yourself in the process.

You can blame this process on the adolescent (s) creating the problem
