Got a new Internet service and I get a notice I have been permanently banned. Email link in the message comes back as not deliverable. Only way to get here is my cell when it isn't on our Jaquar wifi.

Phishing/ junk email??
Lately I've been getting emails:
... Amazon verifying my orders cancelled (with a link)
...confirming my bank deposit (with a link)
......Facebook msgs (with a link)

all are fraudulent as I rarely deal with Amazon, or Facebook..
I wonder if you got tricked into hitting a link to infect you with ransomeware
Contact your ISP with a known email address/ link.

I guess I misconstrued the issue.
I thought your new ISP banned you.

It is possible that the IP(s) used by your new ISP are on a blacklist for some reason and the software of this forum is using that blacklist to prevent bad actors from accessing the forum. There are ways to deal with that, but you need to confirm if that is the situation first. Contact a moderator here to look into the forum logs for details of your block/ban.
