Add forum name to mail notifications

The headers in e-mail notifications for subscriptions currently look like this:

Subject: Forum post notification - "Suggestions"
From: <rucker@runbox.com>
Reply-To: <rucker@runbox.com>
Sender: <rucker@runbox.com>


Notice that there's no mention of the forum or domain name as it's not in the subject and you send via an email account without the forum name in it. This makes it difficult to filter e-mails using systems that only filter on headers. When you decided on a final name for the forums, can you add it to the subject or send emails through an email @ new domain?
