I've been wanting to make one of these since I joined. Ok for a noob to get in on this still? From past pics I assume being a bit "over-the-top" is encouraged at this event?

My wife and I moved to MN last year. We arrived early on a Friday afternoon, showed up for breakfast at the Gopher about 20 hours later, and were immediately welcomed. Well, more likely my wife was immediately welcomed and I was tolerated only because I was with her, but still... Come on down and enjoy the food - see you there!

I don't understand what you mean by "over-the-top" - surely you aren't suggesting that any of us would wear holsters and hardware that aren't typically worn on any given day are you? <snicker> <grin> <nudge> <nudge> "say no more!"
