One question for the people complaining about this....

If the rebuy would have been $50/share, would you have given the profit back to Duck Hill (I like that one :lol: )? If your answer resembles "Hell NO!", then don't complain. As has been said by others here, there are no guarantees in the stock market. Just as with any other form of gambling, 'you pays your money, and you takes your chances.'

The stock actually came to the market at $16/share, not $20.

Of course, there may be some merit in going after them if you believe the accuracy of the financial statements they released to the public which stated a book value of $6.37/share and the insiders are taking the stock private at $5.15.
