Watching it, his shooting is impressive,He does not appear to move too fast though. He lets the younger guys chase bg's. Still a bad dude with skills.

Seems like he knows what he's talking about. His advice to the qualifying shooter is extremely vague, but good for TV, I suppose.

He used to train regularly at Gunsite, and the instructors there universally thought A.) his gun handling and shooting skills were excellent, and B.) he was a complete dick. No one wanted to conduct his private classes. Interestingly enough, they said that most celebrities who came there were great, down-to-earth people. Not him though.

I'm sure he is about as much a deputy as he is a Navy SEAL, CIA operative, Mafia hitman, and "highest ranking Aikido master in the US" - all things he has claimed to be in the past.

Seagal is an arrogant, draft-dodging ***********. I wouldn't waste my time on this piece of fiction.

He must be doing something right though. He probably makes in a week what I do in a year. Further, he brings in the ratings. I count no less than 4 different threads about the show between here and the other place. He's the Paris Hilton of bad acting and movies.

That coule be one of the most brutal comparisons I've ever made. My apologies to the Seagal family.

I notice that 'because he's studied martial arts' he knows stuff....or something.

OTOH, I believe he actually is a sworn reserve deputy and has been for a long time. I don't know about the rest of his schtick. As to whether he's a dick....that's another matter.

Elvis was a "Deputy" (in Tennessee) and a special "Agent-at-Large" of the Bureau of Narcotics and Dangerous Drugs. I wouldn't exactly call him much of a Lawman either.

Isn't America a great place to live in, we can say whatever we want to about anybody. Go tell it to his face, see what he has to say. RIP SJ
I will agree he isn't much of an actor... RIP CJS :)

I didn't see (and haven't seen) any film or pictures of Elvis doing anything but singing. Not so with Mr. Seagal.

Yeah, Elvis was given honorary badges and such... But Seagal does actually spent time "on patrol".

Elvis took care of business. Documented.
