Cellette's Guns Inc - great new localcompany/rep

Postby Shipyard on Sun Dec 06, 2009 6:03 pm

i hit up the crocodile show in Brooklyn Park this weekend looking for AR receivers and parts. although 98% of the stands there were WAY over priced on just about any item worth buying, i found a gem for AR parts and the like.

there is a new company in New Brighton called Cellette's guns run by a gentlemen by the name of Patrick. He has a great selection of parts and accessories and was very decent on pricing. he carries LOCAL lowers from Ardel Engineering in new hope and Branch Custom weaponry up in North Branch.

i purchased one of each and so far i am really impressed with them for the price (both $120 ish out the door). i hav't shot them with an upper yet but have started assembling them and have not had any issues with the fit or function. i'll have to post a full report when i get them rockin.

anyways, i had a great chat with Pat and he is a super nice guy to deal with. i highly recommend if you're in the market for AR related items to contact him or check out the website. the site just got set up and has very limited items on it, but pat assured me that with a phone call he can hook you up with whatever you're looking for. also, if you don't want to pay shipping you can pick it up in new Brighton.

Pat is a good guy, he helped me out on my first AR and was one of the good guys when parts were scarce last winter.

Branch was selling stripped lowers for 98 bucks up at the Bullseye show. They have 4-5 different logos to choose from too.

I'm curious, how does their lower handle pmags?

Sounds good. I am in the market for a lower so I'll have to check those out.

+1

I picked up a Branch Custom lower from him at one of the last shows. Nice guy, reasonable prices

My AGP Arms lower should be at ThunderJohn's today. We'll see how that one turns out. They supposedly EDM the mag wells so pmags drop free.
