Where is the best place to trade in handguns??

I refuse to ever go into Gander Mountain. I was at Bills North on day to go shooting and I over heard an employee talking to a customer and the customer was telling the employee that none of his ammo that he bought at GM was working. After listening a little more the Bills employee asked to see the the ammo the customer bought for his S&W J frame and they sold him 38 Super in the same transaction of the purchase of the J frame. It seems as if they pull a random cashier if an associate from their gun area calls in sick. Anyone else hear of any problems like this??
