DVD about the 2nd Amendment?

Hello,
I am asking for a favor from all of you that are NRA members, and receive Amereican Rifleman has you magazine. I am trying to find out about a documentry that was made by a director from a foreign country, about our 2nd Amendment, and 2nd amendment rights. I know that I saw a small write up about in the magazine. I can not find it and I have looked through all my back issues. I tried a google search and found nothing. I may have read about it elseware, but I am sure it was in the Rifleman magazine. I think it was with in the last 6 months. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

I don't know anything about a foreign director, but this one was made a couple years ago.

This might be what you're looking for. The producer of this documentary, Max Lemus, was foreign born. This came out about 6 months ago.
