That sums up this guy's legal troubles. Also it would be far easier to shoot the scumbags from a choke point inside the house as they entered. Wait at the top of the stairs and wait for them to funnel on up until the police arrive.

Totally agree...warning shots never seem to go over well with law enforcement...

I'm no legal expert but I would guess the only way you would get away with a warning shot would be if you were justified in shooting someone, but decided to give a warning shot instead...I don't think you can do it to scare people away...

like I said before, he woulda been better off popping a couple of em, instead of firing warning shots.
Its not like the retribution from the gang will be any less,

Doesn't Minneapolis have this? Anyone want to get a starter pistol and have some races in the local park...or maybe get out a nailgun that uses cartridges and build something? :)
