keeping a firearm at home has nothing to do with asserting one's manliness. my wife doesn't like guns, so i'm not going to just come home with a rifle. she let me buy a gun and I have to keep it at the farm.

The answer to your initial question, no, no ranges have storage.

Can you clearly tell us why she won't let you keep guns in the house? Is the fact that she doesn't like them, the only reason?
