Guns do not, and god willing will never, require a registration in our state.

While we're on the subject of firearms transfers, what about private party sale/purchase
of long guns across state lines?

Scenario: Kevin "Smith" who resides in St. Paul is in the market for a Browning BLR in
.308. He finds an ad for a seller in Hudson, WI who is offering a ANIB BLR for a very
small price. Kevin drives to Hudson with cash in hand - buys the rifle - drives home to
St. Paul. Any legal problems/issues?

TIA

I believe thats Interstate transfer of a firearm and a no-no without an FFL.
Nothing to see here. Continue swimming.

Long guns can cross some state lines, but each state's laws must be followed.
