Can you provide more info please?

Or, are you referring to my wording? I'll change it as they only passed the bill in the senate and it goes to the house soon.

Can you provide more info please?

The senate can't change the law by themselves. It also requires the house and the governor, which in this case haven't done anything yet.

Sorry, I'm slow and edited my previous post before seeing yours here. I changed the original to reflect it was a bill passed in the Senate and moves to the house for approval.
