Don't know about the extra $300 check, but I was planning on spending my normal rebates on a Dillon 650, and a rifle. (Not sure what kind yet.. I'll have to see what I have left over after getting the 650.)

Maybe the extra $300 will go for ammo components..

When we going to shoot the one that you have? I need to decide rather quickly between that and the one Brit has, before the steel shooting starts again........

Since it's borrowed from my grandkids, I'll buy a gun I can give to them, when they are old enough.

+1

I like this answer best. You nailed this one!

I heard this evening one proposal was for $600 for adults, $300 for kids.

My guess is the Dems will force income limits on it, making it yet another form of legalized theft. I doubt I'll see any of it. Bush will accept that because he's weak and won't want any controversy to prevent him from saving us from ourselves.

Probably a pink Cricket .22lr for my little girl, she is 8 now so it's about time and I can take her out to the Dakotah range.

A shotgun, if it's 300 a Remington, but if it's 600 I'm getting a Saiga 12. Really piss off the anti's by getting an AK and a high capacity semi auto shotgun in one.

Yeah - they bumped it up. If it's $1200 per couple plus $300 for each kid, I'm getting a Les Baer or Nighthawk 1911 with my name monogrammed in gold leaf and diamond grips. :P
