I have it on good account the event displayed in this video is being looked into by the FBI. Lucky for the folks involved tannerite is not illegal. Filmed near New Ulm, MN.

Tannerite, fun as it is, is legally questionable used like that.

My bowling ball mortar, on the other hand, is replica artillery and therefore legal...
