I think the rules at bills depends on who is the range officer at the time you are there...

That said I like bills north better, even tho bills robbinsdale is alot closer.

When i was at bills north last time, one of the staff there was incredability helpful :D

Kind of sucks not being able to buy different rounds for it =(

Prvi makes copper jacketed soft points and Wolf makes copper FMJs. I'm sure there's other brands but you won't like the prices compared to mil sur.

Last I checked the prvi coppers were incredibly hard to find. I have a box of wolf and the magnet sticks, I'm not sure if they make different kinds (I hate the wolfs, they are steel case and don't load smooth)

Buy a hundred pieces of Privi brass, and use .311 bullets, same as a .303 Brit or 7.7 Jap.

Make sure to open your rifle gently so as to retain your brass.

It's cheaper than buying anything that isn't surplus, especially after the first loading.

Wolf gold is different than Wolf poly (black box). Actually I think that the Wolf gold is basically Prvi copper under a different name. There's also Sellier & Bellot too. Pricey though.

Wolf black box isn't steel core, but is bi-metal jacketed.

I get why they don't want this, and I'm fine with it, but it's also funny that you can rent an M249 there and empty your mags at one go if you'd like.

At least with those rentals they make a whole crapton of profit (the marginal added cost of the rental AND the markup on the stacks of retail ammo you'll be buying).
Maybe enough to compensate for the holes you might put in the ceiling compared to just buying a lane and using your gun?
