It has been my experience that he cares quite a bit about his customers, especially when they come up with constructive and helpful criticism. A lot less attention is paid to those who aren't customers but still want to chime in with some vague douchebaggery about how a business should be run.

I hang out at Bill's occasionally. The other day I picked up a used GP100 in fantastic shape for the low price of 419.00. Thank you Bill's. The people who work there have alot of **** to deal with. I think for the most part they do the best they can. I do believe that sometimes it seems that they are a bit pricey. Personally I shop around, till I find what I want at the price I am willing to pay. If I get a better deal at the Frontiersmen, Wolf's Den, Bullseye, Gun Stop, Element Arms, Ahlman's, Cabela's... so be it. A lot of choice's to spend your money.

I've had nothing but good service at both Bill's locations - even though I'm usually just browsing. I have only shot up at CP and haven't had any issues there either.

There's a lot of unfair criticism and commentary going on in this thread (which has strayed quite a bit from the original poster's concerns) -- we only have a few indoor ranges in the metro - and personally, I'd like all of them to stick around :)

Agreed.. at this point, I'll request a lock. I have nothing against Bill's, just wanted to voice my concerns, not to name call, and insult. There are good people at bills, I know that, and while my experience may not be indicative of how they "normally" treat customers, it was certainly unacceptable to me, and sufficient enough to lose my business unless action is taken.
I will update if/when I hear anything.
