Yep. Was in the news a couple days ago. Supreme Court (or was it the Appellate?) ruled that he was a pedestrian, and as such, could not be cited for DUI.

During my stint in Seattle, I knew a couple people who got DUI's (they called them BUI's ) while on bicycles. I'm gladdened to hear MN is so progressive as to exclude this.

It sounds like so much fun... in theory... I wish there were some way you could be drunk and shoot responsibly while operating an ATV... alas... further proof there is no merciful God. So much for intelligent design.

You know, I really think we are going to enjoy this lady on our forum! She adds a perspective that all this testosterone misses! And she is a little bit funny too. Not like the rest of you idiots who can't seem to do anything better than call each other names. But I bet Mr. Tim Warner has his hands full at home with her sass.
