USP. Load, apply safety, place in holster. You can also buy the version that has no decocker, but I have never used mine. It is my favorite choice in combat tupperware.

Plus HK has been making combat tupperware a lot longer than Glock has. VP70 ring a bell? I've got a USP45FM and a VP70. I'm hooked! :)

well then by all means, your favorite pistol is the best pistol for everyone else.

argument over.

The Handguns section of mnguntalk may now be locked forever. Whew, glad that is over. :gun:

you carry a turd for self defense?

I'm shocked, however I have to say I do think I'd leave you alone if I saw you holding a fresh cigar in your hand...

well played Sir.

fine by me.

deterrence is the goal if avoidance doesn't work.

but if deterrence doesn't work, the turd also throws lead pretty fast :)

You 1911 idiots will think you're real smart when 11 guys jump you, slowly, one by one, just like in the movies. But fast enough that you don't have time to reload.

Rookies...

No one said anything about 1911's, that was your Freudian slip... ;)

Plus, If I need more than 9 rounds of .45 quicker than I can reload (which is decent, though I don't carry a 1911) I have bigger problems glock tupperware won't fix... :D

we all know who the antique fan boys are around here. Freud had mommy issues.

Its always a glock vs 1911 debate. Always. Even the thread about wiping your ass. It can be boiled down to glock vs 1911. (plastic paint cans vs metal? Hello? Ring a bell?)

GLOCK vs 1911 IS the Freudian slip which everyone will always revert to on mnguntalk. Its high time people realized it.

I guess I will leave my 1911 at home and bring my USP (12+1) when I visit Greene county IA where these 11 man "jumpings" take place. Sorry to hear about what happened to you.

you're damn right you will. we take **** serious down here. You never know when you are going to have to go full tactical in the middle of a corn field on one of those stealth ninja rabbits.

Still bring the 1911, you can leave it at my place free of charge. Have it back to you in a few years. Maybe.

Me thinks EJSG19 secretly Duel wields 1911's to take care of this problem in Greene county, and just talks glock tough on the intertubes... :D

This must have been the only handgun you have ever handled. :D

Dude, don't go home with the first ugly chick to walk in the bar! :o

Good point. A 1911 is like a hot chick. It's pretty, high maintenance and they never work.
I love it when a plan comes together!
