Today i shot A.....

as a aside when i was broke and needed a beater/beginner handgun. i got a Hi-Point .45 it actually wasn't too bad, it never did me wrong and now is my cousin's truck gun for the farm.

For a pistol in the ~$100 price range the hi-point sure gets a lot of !@#$ for how well it actually works, functions, and is supported by it's manufacturer.

Got a Glock 17 on a trade a few weeks ago and my jaw literally dropped the first time I shot it. I could not believe how well it shot.

Squirrels are always in season.....especially when they're chewing holes in your sofit!

I don't know the statute number, but MN law states that squirrels may be trapped and killed, poisoned, or taken by other legal means (NO firearms within city limits...Dang!) when they are found destroying property.

Was over at Metro and a couple of reps from Coonan were testing a 357mag/1911. They let me run about 20 rounds through it. Nice gun now it has to go on my want list. Very accurate with a smooth trigger.
