OTOH, you could simply reinforce your entire house.

I've commented on this before, but now I'd like to provide photographic proof.

This is 1/4" HRS, roughly 4x thicker than a stackon safe (assuming they even use .060" or 14ga) - a tool small enough to fit in a bowling ball bag, costing under $300, which runs on 15A@120v: cuts this as fast as you can push it through without heat.

That's not enough proof?

Here's 6" channel with 3/16" web 8' long (14 slats):

Cut like it was plywood...

I can defeat a home safe in under 2 minutes without any help and no damage to contents, without enough noise to alert neighbors (except maybe when the whole door falls on the floor). The only thing that might save your guns is a concrete liner with rebar, as diamond saws are a lot slower and louder (and the concrete would wreck my blade - sheetrock wouldn't be a problem). You'd be kidding to think the guys capable of getting in a secured premises don't know about these - they're available on Amazon and have a 18/20 5 star rating. I bought mine in `05 IIRC.

These safes are to keep kids and druggies distracted. The youtube video is rank amateur in comparison to my method - those guys actually broke a sweat. I'd be gone with all the contents before they got in the safe.

Your stuff ain't safe, it's only a matter of who's trying to get it.
