I run three leagues. #1 starts first part of April and runs 8 weeks. Cost is $50.00 for one league and $75.00 to shoot both.
Summer league runs 8 weeks and cost $35.00 and $50.00 for both.

Not very big prizes as per the shooters requests. Gang says much more fun this way.
I still put in a week where they get one shot at 50 yards for a large turkey.

The winners of the short fall league get a gift certificate at the Wolf's Den Gun Shop.

We really have lots of fun, and end up shooting new guns all of the time, and it's fun meeting good folks and swapping stories.

Metro Gun Club has a 25 yard indoor range that is pistol and rimfire friendly and it is a lot cheaper to shoot there than at Bills. They are located in Blaine just west of 35W and 95th. 763-786-5880

Oh come on... you can always pay them 60% of your total fee to shoot there. :o

No, Really, I wanted to bring 10 people in, pay the non-member price for a half hour each, be out in ~1.5 hours total, using only a single bay ... you tell me ... Isn't it a sweet deal for them that they get 5 hours pay for 1.5 hours use of a single bay under the supervision of a RO? Apparently not. Guess Bill's just down the road gets my wait and my money.

That is exactly what they told me as well.

Bill's asked if I wanted to use the police bay so I could keep a closer eye on them. I just opted to use a single lane. Bill's reserved me two, just in case I needed the extra lane.

Haven't and won't step foot in Metro.

Disclaimer: Yup, Metro ticked me off.

I have had nothing but possitive experience with Metro, they even let me pick up all of my brass when I was done (off the clock). I like to run there during my lunch break and burn off a few rounds. Didn't know about the CCW class pricing... too bad for them!
