That's strange considering the ATF specifically says to complete the transaction if no reply is received.


The NICS examiner only says the dealer MAY transfer the firearm. They are not required to.

Got a call from them today, picked it up at 4.

My first rifle.

I was delayed once, the salesman was very detailed in explaining things to me.
