I placed my order with Bud's Monday evening at around 8 p.m. and the status was shipped by the time I woke up tuesday and UPS says it will be to my FFL tomorrow. I did have to join their VIP club to be able to order the gun though because it was new stock arrival, the VIP's get first dibs for 72 hours. It still came in at only $10 more even after paying the $25 for VIP.

call Your bank and have the charge reversed. The investigator will call you back and then communicate to them via. their merchant services account .... the owner and CFO will suddenly be aware of the problem. They know charge backs will affect their merchant account status .... watch them jumo through hoops then.

I had this happen from a company that advertises in Shotgun News every issue ! After 10 days of BS I called my bank and had the charge reversed. Suddenly four days later my entire order showed up via Fed X ( 500 rounds of ammo, soem mags and soem misc. junk) packing slip listed the previous day as the order day not 14 days earlier. The slip listed paid but no amount ..... I watched my bank for 3 months ... no charges ever came through ......

Lucky or Lucky ... I dont know ....

They refunded my money already once I told them I was going to file a claim if my gun didn't ship out by the 10th day.

That sucks big time about your card! But it does clearly state in their terms that once the gun is transfered from your FFL to you there are no returns or exchanges.

Yes it does say that. That part they kept their word on. Unlike the confirmation email reply about some specific details of the gun I bought. When they suggest you confirm any issues before ordering, and then they b.s. you; essentially affirming what ever is asked/ telling you what you want to hear... that's what my issue with them was. Had they been honest, I would not have ordered.
They did say to remind them of the error the next time I ordered from them and maybe they'd cut me a deal... fool me once...

My 700 came today and I made damn sure to inspect the hell out of it before we did any paperwork.

Lancaster Arms out of AZ is another one. We ordered barrels through them early last year and no one returns calls, or ships product. We did reach someone when we blocked our number and called inquiring about a new purchase of barrels. Then Jason got a call from the owner who promised Jason's check would be mailed out the next day. It never was. We had recordings, and sent letters of demand for a refund via certified mail, then filed a complaint with the Arizona Attorney General. It looks like we were not the only ones as the AG filed suit against Lancaster Arms. ATF was also interested in them as well.

You don't know this. Pure B******* conjecture.

What "200 guys"?
Where, paranoid.com?

I'm not defending TGSCOM; clearly they have issues but your statement is pure crapola.

Glocktalk.com, XDtalk.com, rugerforum, THR and ARFCOM all had lists of people. This was all over the gun forum world three years ago I think it was. Here is the thread from GT, http://glocktalk.com/forums/showthread.php?t=908440
I don't have a problem with you and if you think that was someone crapping on you then there is nothing I can say that is going to make you feel better. However it is generally preferable to have some proof before calling someone a liar. A simple google search would have shown you quite a bit that backs up my position.

i am sorry if you thought I was calling you a liar. That wasn't my intention. My only point is that ordering from TGSCOM or any other internet company does not prove that they are stealing your CC. My bank said, FWIW, that most of the time it is crooks using random number generators and interfacing that with small orders like songs from itunes.

I do admit, fully, that TGS COM is rife with bad business practices upon which I will comment once my business with them is concluded.
