I don't know how much your attny is charging you but most charge about $2500 .
I live in Phila, PA and more folks get denied here than anywhere except N.J.
People have been denied here for having 2 parking tickets !! If you have to save to do it get a lawyer and fight it !
You'll be glad you did in the end and your rights won't get infringed . Good Luck !

I applied to the Washington County Sheriff's office for my carry permit per Marc Berris' advice. I received my carry permit yesterday, March 31. A year-long struggle behind me.

Congrats, just got new Ruger LC9 with Lasermax on Gunbroker for $350, see details http://www.gunbroker.com/Auction/ViewIt ... =278591503, Cabelas wanted $449 without the laser. Bought it last Wed, Riverside Sporting Gear had it for me on Sat. My first Ruger and it shoots, just 100 rounds thru it so far, but a decent trigger :lol:
