So can you take a hen pheasant as long as you are within your limit? I have not done this, but it was brought to my attention.

the regs specify daily limit is 2 roosters... I'm assuming the DNR regs supercede the statute, but I have been mistaken once or twice.

Rog at BPR doesn't let anyone but law enforcement draw from holsters or have weapons holstered in the bay as far as i knew. Let alone a 12 year old, he was probably driving cause the father was drunk

At BPR, only LE can draw and shoot from the holster. Carry Permit holders can shoot the guns they're carrying-they're allowed to draw the gun from the holster once while facing downrange, and then do their shooting. When finished, while facing downrange, they can holster up again. In the incident with the dad & kid, there was no attempt to draw and shoot, it was the fact that the kid was wearing a gun that had us all shaking our heads.
