Long Guns and hand guns have different rules. Shipping to a MFG. or FFL:
It is legal for private party to ship a long gun via USPS, their website will have some rules.
Big thing is Nothing on outside can say Firearm inside-
long guns DO NOT have to go overnight
As stated it's legal to use USPS, but I found it easier to use FED EX. (most post office employees I run across don't know the laws, and will spend 20 min looking up stuff or calling their supv for guidance.( never researched using UPS)
Just to keep it simple call the FEdEx office before, so they are up to speed.
Be prepared to show the gun is unloaded( don't seal package until they OK it.
I recall maybe $20 +/-

Is so, you might be eligible to get a printable shipping label from them.
