Anyone buy from GunBroker?

Postby rhodalinsky on Sun Oct 21, 2012 6:47 pm

Looking to buy a Kimber stainless pro carry TLE. Only place I can find one is on gunbroker.com. Never bought from there and was wondering how trustworthy it is.

It is like eBay. Look at the feedback of the seller and decide for yourself. My glock 19 came as advertised in a shorter period of time than I thought it would take.

+1 I've bought two off there and both transactions went well.

Yes. I've had two transactions there as far as buying. The first deal was nice as it was a new gun that, including shipping and transferring fee, cost me less than a new one in MN with our sales tax added. I read plenty of feedback before committing to buy however. Second one, the price caught my attention. I had less than ideal contact/communication. Feedback provided me a place to let him know how I felt. Everything turned out well enough, but when I'm spending that much money, I want some pretty good communication, not delayed by 2 days and TEXTING lingo in the emails....

Yes it is really a matter of the individual sellers feed back rating. Like EBay I do not buy from sellers with poor feed back.
Both of the guns I have purchased through GunBroker have been as advertised or better.

17 purchases and no issues so far. Rating isnt everything as several of those were from new sellers, but be cautious always.
