Athletic holster

Postby cs tunes on Fri Jan 18, 2013 1:00 pm

My wife and I have taken to walking our newest puppy several times a day to wear him down. One of those times takes place at night and as of late its rather interesting the things you see when wandering the neighborhood. Enough of which seem suspicious enough to convince her not to walk alone that late at night and me to carry while we are on our walks. I prefer to wear insulated athletic pants rather than jeans while walking/running so I've simply been carrying in my jacket pocket. It works ok and doesn't really move around all that bad but I have to think there is a better solution. Anyone carry while walking or running and if so, what do you use?
Thanks for any suggestions.

about your only other option would be the fanny pack. I don't think it would stand out that much if it looks like you're just out for your daily exercise.

A belly band could be another option - it's even possible to wear one such that your firearm rides in a similar location to where it would be on a belt holster.

I use a fanny pack but I am a grey haired old fart and the fanny pack is part of my image.
