Any family friendly gun range in the twin cites? Taking my nephew out shooting.

Metro gun club in Blaine. Depending on age they may require firearms safety certificate or hunter safety if they are a minor. .22 lr is the only rifle allowed indoors Lots of various trap fields and 14 lanes for pistol. Wait usually not as bad as bills.

Minnetonka Game and Fish Club north of Elk River is about as family friendly as you could get. Most of the time you can find a range to have to yourself and set things up however you want.

Steer clear of Bill's.. Too many of the rent-a-boomstick crowd there. Recently there was a post here about full auto guns left behind the firing line. To each their own, but to me, the place is unsafe. Metro may be better. Never been there. I would go to Burnsville Pistol Range. They don't rent guns, so bring your own.
