Am I the only one getting sick of the term "gun owner's rights?" Seems to me that these are EVERYONE'S rights! It's your RIGHT to own a gun. It's your CHOICE whether you decide not to.

What does 'black' have to do with a background check?? You conduct a background check to see what the person's past behavior was. A person applying for a job is 'choosing' to apply, just as a person 'choosing' to buy one is.
