A loaded .380 on the truck's FLOOR?? Did the truck also have a lot of beer cans in the bed of the truck, and terbacky stains on the windows sills and rear fenders, and was the shooting victim wearing bib overalls?? You goota be a major Cletus to leave a loaded .380 on the floor of a pickup truck - although I suppose it's odd that it was a .380, as the owner was dumb enuff that is shoulda been one of Shippy's highly collectable Lorcin's or a Raven....
