The lastest news I have gotten is SUPPOSED to ship on Friday - we will see.........everyone keep your heads up - its been a long battle it seems to get these lowers, but it will be worth it!

and it's amazing that you couldn't have just said what it was in that long line of text you had to write. Frankly, that would have just been faster for both of us. I wasn't asking for a dissertation on on the concept, just what it was simply about.

Anyway, I'm still not exactly sure what happens at the party so I'll read through 18 pages of posts looking for the answer.

Save yourself some reading. The party is simply this.

The host bought a bunch of 80% lowers (paper weights) and programmed his CNC machine to "finish" the 80% to 100% complete lower.
Now according to the law, he CANNOT just finish a bunch of them and sell them. Thats a big time no no because there is no serial number on them (80%). So he took the program and will instruct us how to complete our own 80% that we bought from him, on his machine, for a small fee.

Thats it in a nutshell. Wanna learn more of the legalities, google it..
