The point is that there is a cost to exercise a constitutional right. Think back to all the arguments you heard last november re: voter id.
I did not say I agree with all the rules-regulations and hoops we have to jump through to exercise our rights-----but I don't make the rules. There will ALWAYS be a cost to exercise our constitutional rights-----whether it's a $100.00 for a P2C or the lives and service of the men and women of the Armed Forces of The United States of America.
