We don't need anymore panic. What we need now is sanity.
I will never apologize for being an American.

Panic over what?

Pay attention. Any and all products that people overpay for while they are in short supply. When the situation reverses and supply exceeds demand, it's the seller's turn to panic.

It would be unusual to see a "smooth return" to "sanity". Prices "overshot" on the upside and I think they will to do the same on the way down.

I found one box of 40s&w at wilmart, they had a few 357 and ever 380 hp. I'm tempted to head back there a buy them out just so no one else can have any.

Glad I have been buying as I see it. I understand a price increase has been put into effect for April 1. At least that's what my favorite gun store told me. Also that the factories would not be honoring preplaced order prices. So... expect to pay more.

Sure. And as soon as the internet guys start having sales again, he's gonna tell you that the increase has been lifted... Or that he's just a nice guy (and possibly that you are such a special guy) that he's selling to YOU below cost.

Maybe a glimmer of hope...at least for 45ACP. The armory is selling way overpriced 50 round boxes of Wolf for 30 bucks a pop. Has not sold out, and it's been up for DAYS.

People just need to calm down, take a week off from buying, and for God's sake DON'T buy it at these inflated prices. They have NO reason to lower prices when nincompoops line up by the 100's and pay $30 for a box of ammo that sold for $15 a few months ago.

There's too many newbies with new guns and they want to shoot and they also don't even know their over paying and if they do they probably don't care.
