9mm or .45 pills???

Postby rtwills on Tue Apr 09, 2013 5:41 pm

Hello guys & gals, Like usual I started a hobby last fall at the worst time possible... I started to reload. I am hoping someone out there may have a line on some 9mm 115 grain jhp or roundnose, or even some .45 in 230 grain. I only know a couple shops around so far and the shelves have been bare. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I also have a decent bucket of .40 brass cleaned, sixed and flared if anyone is interested.

Thanks,
What if the Hokey Pokey really isn't what it's all about???

Berry's shows some available off and on. It's like complete ammo these days. Timing and luck.

rtwills;
I have the better part of a 250 count box of Berry's 230 TMJ or whatever they call them. They were a bad experiment for my 450 Bushmaster as the foil sheds just out of the muzzle at 2350fps. I still have a couple of shards embedded in the front of my chrony.

You can have them for coming and getting them. I live in St. Boni, or I work in Golden Valley.

PM me.

A couple of month ago you could still order on montanagoldbullet.com and they would ship in a few weeks, now everything in 9 and 45 is out of stock :cry:
Did you just buy that beautiful firearm, or are you trying to sell that piece of crap?

Check out precision delta. I have been using their 124gr jhp. About $90/1000, free shipping on 2000. They were in stock last week.

you will no doubt have to consider handcast hard lead bullets. I make 9mm 115 that print nicely and your target won't mind, promise.
Proudly launching lead from a Swiss P-240 at a range near you.

I had been advised NOT to shoot cast out of my Glocks, I have heard that because of the glock barrel rifling they cause pressure issues ??? Not an expert on this, but a couple people have mentioned that problem to me

You can drop in a lone wolf barrel and they handle lead just fine.
