Rguns order

Postby FJ540 on Sat Apr 27, 2013 11:38 am

So on 1/23 I ordered 2 BCG's, a charging handle (in tan for giggles), ambi safety, and a gas tube for my 300blk pistol build (which has been in use for 3 months). Today my card was charged.

So much for being in stock when I ordered it.

Rguns order

Sounds about par for the course with them. And they would have tried to charge you a c-note to cancel!

Yep.

I'll put the stuff to good use. I'm contemplating selling my SHTF rifle as I've taken to the 300blk more than I ever would've imagined. Having another BCG will facilitate that.

Now if only Brownells would've told me my two spikes BCG's were shipping - that'd make my day.

Rguns is slow. But they do not charge your card until the pull your order. Plus they do have good prices and pretty good products. I really like my brothers AR that he bought from them.

I'm jealous. I ordered a complete upper on 1/12. Still waiting on it. Totally sucks waiting this long. For about the last month I've been thinking I should see my card hit any day.. after this long of a stinking wait it doesnt make any sense to cancel it now and go a different route either.

I've seen the horror stories about their CS, but at the time (full blown "panic") figured a BCG in hand was worth the short comings of their management. Interweb reports are consistent that they supply other outfits with BCG's, and quality is good.

We'll see what they're like when they arrive.

One will go in kiddo's gun (just waiting on that rocketbid 80% lower to complete it now), and the other will likely end up in my PSA uppered SHTF carbine, and off to find a new home.

No clue about the lowers, but I did get confirmation from Ups that my stuff will arrive Friday.

Horrible customer service, but they ship the product and don't jack up their prices.

The first time idiots voted obama in their website had a message that read something like this: "DO NOT call us to ask about your order. It will ship when we can get to it. If you do call, your order will ship DEAD LAST." True story (but not an exact quote).

Everything arrived, and now all my completed AR's are complete. No more swapping BCG's around to shoot.

Pistol gas tube came with a roll pin - I didn't order a roll pin for it. Nice touch.

Charging handle is tan, not the right shade of tan, but tan none the less. It's also not 7075 - I can flex it outside the gun. :( Oh well.
