It is amazing that the stuff is legal this day in age. (knock on wood)
It is better to have a gun and not need it, than to need a gun and not have it.

I was watching History two weeks ago, they had a two hour show called SharpShooters, some pretty incredible stuff. The guy from Benelli was on, and did his normal throw 7 clays and shoot all seven before they hit the ground. He did it again with 8, only this time he was shooting a pump! They had another guy on there shooting a .22 rifle, started out throwing up fruit, then eggs, and other stuff, but ended up throwing up aspirin, and shooting them out of the air!

Great show.

Ooh...pumpkin with Tannerite?

Well, we filled them with paintballs. Was a bit of a letdown, was expecting more. Will have to do Tannerite next time, got a couple of cans for xmas.

1. Pack the paintballs around the tannerite inside the pumpkin
2. Film with high speed camera
3. ...
4. Profit

Now we're talking. I have a GoPro that will do 120 FPS and a box of expired paintballs. Excellent idea. All I need is a pumpkin.

Great show.

I've seen that show before, and IIRC, the "guy from Benelli" was Tom Knapp. The past 2-3 years, he was a spokesperson for CZ-USA. Sadly, he passed away this past Friday.

You need a pumpkin, with tannerite - filled with paintballs.

If you can't find pumpkins this time of year, certain squashes will do nicely.

I too have a love for killing these varmints. Living in Brooklyn Park makes it a bit more of an adventure but I have solved that conundrum by using a .22 target pistol loaded with subsonic ammo. Just enough distance and accuracy to reach out to my garden from behind my kitchen window. Curtains closed, window open 2 inches, aim, POP. I've had my wife sitting on the deck and with the wind blowing she can barely here the report. 15 minutes later or so a walk back to check on the garden nets a critter to be tossed into the trash.

Let me know when you getva rabbit. I'll come get it and put it to good use. My tummy....i love rabbit
I'm in Edina and can be there in 15 minutes. Try to get a head shot if possible. I can PM you my number if you get rabbits regularly. My wife makes an awesome rabbit stew
