If part of a order was wrong, and they were the reason they always fixed it at their cost. Not mine. I had mags on order for 2 months, finally got them. Yeah I got the email about the order mix-up also. A week and a half later there is a box at my door. Brownells will take care of you, with the resources they have. Look at all the vendors who won't even answer the phone, or others who won't except orders over the internet. Everyone is having problems with the volume of sales and the panic. Things will clear up and you will get the same great customer service Brownells is known for. :poundon: .

I just need to chill out I guess.

YES = WE ALL NEED TO CHILL OUT. (just step outside for awhile)
I've dealt with Brownells for 30+ years - they ARE a GREAT company.
Wait it out - they will take care of you properly with the resources they have at-hand.
And please stop the personal insults. WE are ALL in this together.

FYI, if anyone cares.....

Next Tuesday will be 4 months (05/07/2013) since my 01/07/2013 order for 6 magazines for my Ruger Mark II 22/45. Yikes. No update from them in awhile either. I guess I could email them, but I'll get them when I get them I guess.

Just got a small pistol case feeder plate I ordered in Feb. Now I need to find the cabelas receipt so I can take back the one I bought when they were actually in stock.

I've had an order with them for Glock magazines that I placed back on January 2nd that they recently cancelled, even though they claim:

Brownells will not cancel a backorder unless you specifically request that we do so.

I also ordered two 250rd packs of Federal AE that they cancelled because it was "discontinued" by the manufacturer. I don't give a crap if I get it in a bulk pack, or if they send it to me in boxes of 50, but I find it extremely lame to just cancel the order after having accepted it. Especially when there are alternatives that could have been offered.

Plus, that have yet to ever respond to any contact requests that I've sent over the past couple of months.

I'm done with them.

Yes they could have just left it on BO seeing as the mfg no longer offers it and would have never been able to fill the order. :bolt: :poundon:

Or they could have offered to switch the order to five boxes of fifty for every box of 250, and left that on back order to eventually be shipped.
