Yes it was. Cool to see he's out there taking classes and is more than just a TV host.

I believe he is part owner of Texas Triggers with other people in his family. There is a promo video for them that shows everything they have there... They have most of the challenges from Top Shot.

I'm not saying that he missed before this or after this or that he didn't. I don't know and I'm not going to claim that it was "just a lucky shot".
What I am going to claim is that showing him do that 3 times in a row unedited would be cool.

I've held off from posting on this one because I was going to call it "bullcrap", but IF:
Gun was sighted in at 1000 yards and shown to be capable of producing a small group,
And the DUDE shooting it was much bigger than me (obviously in better physical shape),
And there was no wind to deal with at extended ranges,
IT COULD BE DONE, and I would like to see three shots in succession to prove its not a fluke.

I think even the shooter would describe it as a bit of a lucky shot. He said sure, he could fire it standing up, but he's not gonna hit anything at 1000yds.

But on the other hand -- his strength, training and skill had to play a part in that 'luck'. Its unlikely that (if I could even shoulder the thing properly) I would make consistent hits at 100yds, much less 1000.
