Women and carrying

Postby tt3 on Wed Sep 17, 2008 9:42 am

I've read in several places now about getting gear for women, and working around a wardrobe. My wife doesn't carry most of the time because her work bans guns, and the parking lot has been known to have cars stolen. When she can carry we are still limited by "how".

Would some of the more carry experienced ladies be interested in getting together with my wife and others who are trying to figure out a reasonable method for carrying?

What are your thoughts...

I'm happy to answer questions, and sometime when I can get to it, possibly sharing some cropped pix. A good site I recommend to women trying to figure out things about carry is the Women & Guns forum. There are lots of threads, some with great pictures, of how to carry, what to carry, and so forth.

Not sure I can make getting together in real life work right now, as life is a bit crazy busy, but I could keep it in mind.

Another GREAT resource for women and carrying is Cornered Cat, it is run by an instructor at FAS who works with Gila and Marty Hayes.

Yes! You can't beat Kathy. (Well, you could try, but you'd only live to regret it for a moment!)
