Troubles with ATF

I have(er, had) an 03(C&R). Got my renewal letter and sent it in the next day. Check cashed 2/28 and despite multiple polite calls have yet to hear back anything. Since I changed addresses(yes I notified them), I can't get an extension... It's a bummer as I lost dealer status on a couple sites and missed out on a few good deals. Hopefully it comes soon.
