Anyone know status of the new Osseo Gun Range?

Yes, I do know how to use Google so this is the last thing I found, does anyone have an update on progress, open date , etc:

Work on the controversial Osseo Gun Club will begin in a few weeks after the City Council gave its final approval.

Hum... I live rather close to there so this is interesting.

However they say "All the guns you can buy for 1 year at 5 % over dealer invoice (Cash)", that seems ripe for abuse.

I assume the clause "ammo must be purchased from OGC" only applies to the free gun rentals?

And then the fine print...
"A $150.00 yearly maintenance fee applies to lifetime memberships starting the second year of membership. OSG reserves right to make changes without notice."

So what you are really buying is not a lifetime membership but a lifetime discount plan for membership.
