This is exactly while the problem exits. Criminals have more rights than law abiding citizens. And the problem continues.

End prohibition of drugs and stop feeding them, 95 percent of of gang related issues go away, taxes go down. Everybody wins

ya I mean alcohol is legal and because of it nurses are drunk all the time!
