Over the years many/ most of the incidents Sam has posted were nothing to do with his personal injury.
The ones that got my attention were the pools of blood on the shooters benches.

Which were also not caused by reloading issues.

I seem to recall some issues of squibs and other ammo related kabobs, but I could be wrong. While the visuals made lasting impressions, at the time Sam's prose was less dramatic than now.

If memory serves, it was something like an out of battery discharge on a .50 that resulted in the famous "blood on the benches" photo. I remember having a very similar discussion on the irrelevance of that photo to reloading.

If it's this one, I was thinking of something else. The photo I recall was literally blood on the floor/ bench, whatever the context.... but I won't be searching through any more of Sam's posts about it.

I think the expectation is you'll buy a lot of ammo from him an write an in depth analysis to alleviate all fears. Maybe you can warranty his work like an insurance provider because you'll be so impressed.
