Oldman won the score and the group aggregate for unlimited class at the fall Alliance, NE FCSA match this weekend.

Oldman made me a very generous offer about 2 weeks ago to join him at the match and shoot one of his rifles. Due to prior commitments for the weekend and that I'm in the process of purchasing a house, I couldn't attend.

I'd like to thank Doug for the opportunity he presented to me, and applaud his shooting at the match!! I should be at the next match with my own 50, hopefully I'll at least be on paper. 8-)

Thank you all, but ..............

A fellow shooter shot a 2.045" center-to-center 5-shot group at 1000 yards, a NEW UNLIMITED CLASS WORLD RECORD. (Previous record was 2.915" shot in 2010.)

I've still got some work and practice to do to reach this level.
I will post results here after they are posted on the FCSA Members Forum.
I will also post some pictures later.

Thank you all for the recognition, especially in a shooting venue most of you don't shoot. Its truly a challenge to reload the best ammo possible and shoot them in highly variable wind conditions, requiring the best shot to shot consistency.

(Gunpowder in a cartridge case helps it togo Bang.) Good help is hard to find.
