Nope, but if I had to guess I'd say it's something he has a pretty big chip on his shoulder about, based on his hostile responses.

Man, you need to start practicing Yoga or something, because based on the atitude of every thread I've seen you start....... If anyone here has a chip on their shoulder it's you.
I think you'd be surprised at the lack of hostility in replies when people aren't forced to fight back, and rather are allowed to discuss. My advice, which I'm sure you will not take, is to stop taking the first shot. You will then find yourself on the defense far less frequently, and people will be willing to engage in more polite conversation. Unless you're like justaguy, and life isn't any fun unless you're starting **** and your day is filled with angst and drama, if that's the case, fire away.
If you're reading this, there are better than even odds you are a d-bag.

You'd be right. I have a huge chip on my shoulder concerning pedantic jackasses who use every post to try and score cheap points that contribute nothing to the thread but make them feel good. Sound familiar?

What I do for a living has nothing to do with it. I already disliked nitpicking twits before I got the job.

First, did you get a receipt?

Then:

Print off a copy of MN Statute 624.7131, stop in, ask them where your PTP is, and hand them the copy of 624.7131.

Hold their ass to the flames, they're not above the law.

I didn't get a receipt unfortunately. I called today and the woman on the phone said it had been mailed yesterday. It didn't arrive today. I can't imagine it taking more than two days since I live in plymouth so if it's not here tomorrow I'll stop in see what's up.

My issue is with the Plymouth PD as well. When are you likely to go? Maybe we can head in together. Strength in numbers and a witness wouldn't hurt. If stopping in doesn't work, I will also see if I can speak with the City Attorney, City Manager, or anyone else who may listen.

I work downtown, so I also plan to stop in at the Fourth District court and see what remedies I may have available.

I don't take violations of my rights lightly. I am not in the wrong. They are willfully violating state law.
