Importing long guns from Canada

I recently inherited 3 long guns from Canada and am looking to import them into the US. Has anyone here done that or have experience with it?

- You will need a type 8 or 11 FFL to do this transfer. Check dealers along the border?
- Count on 100-200 bucks per firearm
- It takes at least a couple of months in most cases
- Make sure your importer isn't required to mark the firearms, or if they do that it is done cleanly
