Is Chengwatana State Forest open yet?

I checked it a few weeks ago, and they still had it closed off.

Anyone know its status?

Over the years, I have found that the entrance road off Co. Rd. 10 is often closed until the road through the wetlands is dry enough for traffic. This was to prevent tearing up the road bed when muddy. The forest is open for use but not the entrance road. I wasn't using the forest to shoot and realize it would be quite a hike to reach the shooting area from the boundary. If using the range is the purpose, you might have a wait until the roadway is usable.
